Accepting Insurance from Cigna Behavioral Health, Cigna EAP, Aetna Behavioral Health, First Health EAP, Blue Cross of Blue Shield (State Health Plan, Federal Employee Program, Preferred Blue/Blue Essentials, Blue Card). All insurance coverage must be verified prior to scheduling an appointment. For EAP services, insured employee or covered family member(s) must obtain a “prior authorization code” from your insurance provider, before services can be scheduled.
